Grateful Guava is operated by BevDir LLC, 1001 Armstrong Blvd, Suite B, Kissimmee, FL 34741, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Grateful Guava on WhatsApp and gratefulguava.com.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name
• The name, language, time zone and prompt times you give us
• Your replies to our prompts (your gratitude entries)
• Names you ask us to put in a gratitude note, and whether an invite link was opened or used to join

How we use it

Only to run the service: sending your daily prompts, saving your entries, showing your private recap page, creating notes you choose to forward, and counting how the service is used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your entries with advertisers. Ads, if shown, appear only on our website and are not based on the content of your entries.

Who processes it

Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Our app and database are hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

Reply STOP anytime to pause messages. To delete your account and all your entries, email privacy@gratefulguava.com from any address and include your WhatsApp number; we delete within 30 days.

Security and retention

Your recap page uses a private, unguessable link. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request.

Children

Grateful Guava is not intended for anyone under 13.
